Flooring in ECR (East Coast Road), Chennai
Wooden, SPC, vinyl, carpet tile and deck flooring, supplied and installed by Endura Floors. In business since 2001.
About flooring here
Along East Coast Road, homes include weekend villas, farmhouses and gated communities by the sea. These are often large, open and used seasonally, so the floor has to handle sand, damp and long periods of being closed up.
Typical homes: Villas, farmhouses and gated communities. Endura Floors supplies and installs the floor, so one team handles selection, delivery and fitting.
Good to know
- Seasonal homes should avoid floors that swell or shrink with humidity.
- Pool surrounds need slip-resistant outdoor decking, which we can specify.
- Open-plan villas look best with one continuous floor across living and dining.

SPC and vinyl planks, because they do not react to damp or temperature.
