Flooring in Adyar, Chennai
Wooden, SPC, vinyl, carpet tile and deck flooring, supplied and installed by Endura Floors. In business since 2001.
About flooring here
Adyar covers established bungalows near the river and a large number of apartments. Homes are often lived in for decades, so customers care most about a floor that ages well and is easy to look after.
Typical homes: Independent houses and apartments. Endura Floors supplies and installs the floor, so one team handles selection, delivery and fitting.
Good to know
- Older houses may have uneven floors, so we check the base and levelling before quoting.
- Damp-prone ground floors do better with SPC than with solid wood.
- We can lay over existing tiles in many cases, which avoids breaking the old floor.
Questions
Can you lay flooring over my existing tiles in Adyar?
Often yes. We inspect the surface first and tell you if it needs levelling.
What suits a ground-floor Adyar home?
SPC or vinyl planks, because they are not affected by damp.
